The famous Nanda Rajjat ​​Yatra is to be organized in the year 2026, for which the Uttarakhand government has started preparations from now. Nanda Rajjat ​​Yatra is organized in 12 years. Last time this yatra was organized in the year 2014. Now Nanda Rajjat ​​will be organized in the year 2026. This journey which takes place in the high altitude area is also called the Kumbh of the Himalayas.

The journey starts from Nauti, a border area of ​​​​Chamoli district and ends at Homkund located in the high Himalayas. Nanda Rajjat ​​Yatra continues for 20 days, the journey goes towards the Himalayas on foot through very rare areas. The government has started preparations for Nanda Rajjat ​​from now. Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami held a meeting and directed the officials to make preparations to make the journey successful and safe.

Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami appealed to the migrant Uttarakhandis to come to their villages for Nanda Rajjat ​​and the state government will do the work of decorating their houses. The Chief Minister has said that next year Nanda Rajjat ​​will be organized in a grand manner. If the migrants return to Uttarakhand for this, it will be very pleasant. Chief Secretary Anand Vardhan said that the Public Works Department, Drinking Water Department, Irrigation Department, Health Department and Disaster Management System have been alerted for the Nanda Rajjat ​​Yatra. Special instructions have been given for the safety of the pilgrims participating in the Yatra and their smooth journey.
