The slab work from pillar number 15 to pillar number 16 was done on the morning of 13 June. On the same day at 07:00 pm, cracks were found in the slab by the Sub-Divisional Officer, after which the contractor was ordered in writing to break the slab. The contractor dismantled the slab at 12:00 pm on 14 June in the presence of the sub-engineer of the department. There has been no loss of life in the process of dismantling.
