Uttarakhand: Pilot Rajveer Singh died in Kedarnath Helicopter Crash, he had recently become the father of twin children

A helicopter crashed in Kedarnath at around 5:17 am on Sunday morning. This helicopter crash happened in the hills of Gaurikund Khark in Kedarnath. Seven people including an innocent child died in the accident.

It is being told that the helicopter was going from Guptkashi to Kedarnath. Pilot Rajveer Singh of Jaipur also died in it. Let us tell you that Rajveer has served in the army for 14 years. After which he retired. He was on the post of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army.

Pilot Rajveer Singh, a resident of Shastri Nagar, became the father of twins four months ago. His wife Deepika is also a pilot. Rajveer has more than 2000 hours of flying experience. He had joined Aryan Aviation company last year. Since his death, the family is inconsolable.

Bad weather is being cited as the reason

Regarding the accident, District Tourism Development Officer and Nodal Heli Service Rahul Chaubey said that the helicopter was bringing the passengers back to its Guptkashi base. Suddenly the weather in the valley turned bad. The pilot tried to take the helicopter out of the valley. During this, the helicopter crashed.
