UKADA (Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority) Chief Executive Officer Sonika informed that heli services have been resumed for Kedarnath Dham from June 17 (Tuesday). Let us tell you that on Sunday, a helicopter full of passengers crashed in Kedarnath. Seven passengers including the pilot died tragically in the accident. A 23-month-old girl was also among those who died.

In which Chief Minister Dhami had banned helicopter service in Kedarnath till further orders. On Sunday, helicopter services started operating once again for passengers. Also, the government has instructed DGCA to increase surveillance on all helicopter activities going on in the Kedarnath valley.
