Pakistan’s army chief and recently appointed Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is on a visit to America these days. During the visit, he addressed the Pakistani community living in America. In his speech, Munir spoke on many issues, but he also used this platform to make sharp statements against India. He tried to portray the four-day conflict between India and Pakistan in May as Pakistan’s victory.

According to The Dawn report, Munir said that Pakistan will never forget the defeat of 1971 and it will respond to it when the time comes. He also claimed that the Pakistan Army is capable of responding to any action of India. Asim Munir has also given a statement regarding Kashmir.

What did Syed Asim Munir say in his statement?

A senior Pakistani journalist Ajaz Syed told in a talk show that Pakistani army chief Syed Asim Munir said in his speech in America that he would take revenge for the 1971 war by breaking India. Pakistani citizen Noman Mughal, who is in Washington, also claimed that Munir said, “We have fought the war against India along with China.”

Syed Asim Munir said that Pakistan has fought the war against India at five levels, including cyber warfare. He claimed that Pakistani hackers hacked and shut down 70% of India’s grid stations. He also said that Pakistani drones had reached Delhi and Gujarat. Munir made another claim that India’s train system was also hacked. However, he did not provide any evidence of these claims and there has been no response from India so far.

Pak Army Chief made a big claim

In his speech given in America, Asim Munir admitted that Pakistan had received weapons and military equipment from China in the fight against India. He claimed that Pakistan used these weapons in such a way that even China was impressed by their preparation.

During this, Munir held America responsible for the issue of terrorism. He said that after the Soviet Union’s attack on Afghanistan, ‘jihadi culture’ flourished in Pakistan with the help of America and this later became the root of many terrorist organizations.
