Four more illegal madrasas have been locked in Haridwar today. With this, the total number of madrasas sealed in the district has increased to 85. This campaign was started under the leadership of CM Dhami. It has become a symbol of protection not only of law and order but also of the cultural values of the state.

Uttarakhand: Many madrasas locked
In this list of illegal madrasas to be sealed, so far 66 madrasas have been locked in Udham Singh Nagar, 44 in Dehradun, 24 in Nainital, two in Pauri and one in Almora. In such a situation, a total of 222 illegal madrasas have been sealed in Uttarakhand so far.

Chief Minister Dhami has instructed the administration to take immediate action wherever madrasas are being run illegally.
