Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband Sanjay Kapoor is no more in this world. He died on June 12 after suffering a heart attack. After divorcing Karisma, Sanjay married Priya Sachdev. Priya Sachdev herself told about the relationship Sanjay’s third wife had with him and Karisma’s children. She had said that she could never become the mother of Karisma’s children.
In an old interview given to YouTube channel Kin and Kindness, Priya Sachdev talked about Sanjay Kapoor and Karisma’s marriage. She had said- ‘Sanjay’s previous marriage was not a conventional marriage. He had two beautiful children from that marriage. We love them very much and today we are a beautiful blended family.’
Karisma’s children were called ‘family’
Priya Sachdev further talked about the children and said- ‘We have four children, Samaira, the eldest, then Safira, Kian, and mine and Sanjay’s son, Azariyas. This is a blended family. When my son Azariyas was born, he was a thread that brought the family together because he is half his and half Safira. Our two daughters are very close- Samaira and Safira. We all have started loving and appreciating each other.’
‘I can never be their mother…’
Regarding Karisma Kapoor’s children, Priya Sachdev had said that even though she cannot replace their mother, there is a special bond between them. Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife had said- ‘I can never be their mother, but I know that I have a place in their world and their hearts. We talk about all kinds of fun, light and serious things. I have a bond with him.’
