Anti Human Trafficking Unit along with police team raided a hotel named Satyam Palace located near Azad Nagar Chowk in Ganganahar Kotwali area of Roorkee. Where two men along with three women were found in objectionable condition. Police has arrested everyone including the operator.
Prostitution was going on in this hotel of Roorkee
On Monday late evening, Roorkee Police took cognizance of the complaints received for a long time. Anti Human Trafficking Unit and Roorkee Police raided a hotel named Satyam Palace located near Azad Nagar Chowk. From where police has arrested Afzal, Mohsin and Sachin along with three women. Sachin is said to be the operator of the hotel.
Police arrested six people, 4 absconded
According to police, prostitution business was going on in Satyam Palace Hotel for a long time. After receiving the complaint, the team raided the hotel. Seeing the police, one woman and three men involved in this business of prostitution fled from the spot. Police has registered a case against all the people. While the police have started searching for the accused.
