Uttarakhand: Sonprayag-Gaurikund road opened for traffic, it was blocked due to falling of stones from the hill

Sonprayag-Gaurikund road has been opened for traffic. Let us tell you that due to the continuous heavy rain since last night, stones were falling from the hill near Munkatiya on the Kedarnath Highway. Due to which the devotees were stopped at safe places.

Due to heavy rain since Tuesday night, the walking route from Gaurikund to Kedarnath Dham was also challenging. Due to rain, the Kedarnath Highway near Munkatiya was getting blocked repeatedly due to stones falling from the hill. Due to which the devotees were stopped at safe places for safety. But the route has been made smooth by the administration.
