Uttarakhand Panchayat elections: Congress appointed in-charges in assembly constituencies, assigned responsibility to senior leaders

Congress has geared up for the three-tier panchayat elections. State president Karan Mahara has appointed in-charges in the assembly constituencies after the recommendation of Uttarakhand in-charge Kumari Shailaja. In this, senior party leaders were given responsibility.
State vice-president organization Suryakant Dhasmana said that Ghanananda Nautiyal in assembly constituency Purola, Bihari Lal in Yamunotri, Dhanilal Shah in Gangotri, Manoj Rawat in Badrinath, Devidutt Kuniyal in Tharali, Dr. Jeet Ram in Karnaprayag, Surendra Singh Bisht in Kedarnath, Jagmohan Bhandari in Rudraprayag, Vijay Gunsola in Ghansali, Dr. Pratap Bhandari in Devprayag, Mahendra Singh Negi in Narendranagar, Virendra Kandhari in Pratapnagar, Puran Singh Rawat in Tehri, Shanti Prasad Bhatt in Dhanolti, Sanjay Kishore in Chakrata, Dr. Pradeep Joshi in Vikasnagar, Jagdish Dhiman in Sahaspur, Sunil Jaiswal in Raipur were made in-charge.

Apart from this, Adesh Singh Chauhan in Champawat, Narayan Singh Bisht in Lalkuan, Rajendra Bisht in Bhimtal, Pushkar Nayal in Nainital, Alka Pal in Haldwani, Mayank Bhatt in Kaladhungi, Indu Maan in Ramnagar, Jitendra Saraswati in Jaspur, Gurjeet Singh Gitte in Kashipur, Premanand Mahajan in Bajpur, Neeraj Tiwari in Gadarpur, Varun Kapoor in Rudrapur, Saurabh Chilana in Kichha, Sandeep Sehgal in Sitarganj, Meena Sharma in Nanakmatta, Harish Dhami in Khatima Assembly have been given the responsibility of in-charge.
Dhasmana told that the charge of previously announced district in-charges has also been changed. Under which, former district president Satish Nainwal in Nainital district, MLA Vikram Singh Negi in Tehri, Minister Prasad Naithani in Rudraprayag, State Vice President Organization Suryakant Dhasmana in Uttarkashi have been given the responsibility of in-charge. The State President will appoint all the District and Assembly in-charges as coordinators for the preparations of the Panchayat elections and the victory of the party-supported candidate in the areas under their charge.
