Uttarakhand: The stature of Director General of Information IAS Banshidhar Tiwari increased further, now he will also handle the responsibility of Additional Secretary to the Chief Minister, the government has issued orders

The Uttarakhand government has entrusted another big responsibility to senior administrative officer Banshidhar Tiwari, IAS. Now he has been given the additional charge of Additional Secretary Chief Minister Uttarakhand Government. With this decision, Tiwari now has the responsibility of three important posts simultaneously…. Director General Information, Vice President of MDDA, and now the responsibility of Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office. In this regard, the government has sent information to all the concerned Principal Secretaries, Divisional Commissioners, District Magistrates, and other senior officers.

Banshidhar Tiwari is counted among the active and strong administrative officers of Uttarakhand. He already holds the post of Head of Information Department (Director General) and recently he was appointed Vice President of Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA). Now his role in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat has become even more important.
