Gambling in the Tyuni Tehsil premises proved costly for the Revenue Sub Inspector. In this case, Dehradun DM Savin Bansal has suspended the Revenue Sub Inspector. Also, Tehsildar Tyuni has been made the investigating officer to investigate the matter. At the same time, DM Bansal has given instructions to identify other people playing gambling. Also, if found guilty, the employees will be suspended.

Playing cards seen in Tyuni Tehsil premises: According to the information, a video of revenue employees gambling at the main gate of Tyuni Tehsil premises had surfaced. After which District Magistrate Savin Bansal had ordered SDM Kalsi, Chakrata and Tyuni to investigate the video. During the investigation, it was found that the tehsil employees were playing cards i.e. gambling in the tehsil premises itself. In which the main player was seen to be the Revenue Sub Inspector.

Revenue Sub Inspector of Tyuni Tehsil area in trouble: Prima facie, the involvement of Revenue Sub Inspector area Tehsil Tyuni was clearly coming to light in the case. After which, a report was sent to DM Savin Bansal for immediate action against the Revenue Sub Inspector for violating the departmental conduct rules. Taking action on this, District Magistrate Savin Bansal has suspended him.

“On the basis of the recommendation of the investigation report received from SDM Kalsi, Chakrata and Tyuni, action has been taken against Revenue Sub Inspector Nagchand of Raigi area of ​​Tyuni Tehsil for being found involved. The Revenue Sub Inspector has also been suspended with immediate effect for violating the conduct rules of Uttarakhand state employees. Also, during the suspension period, Revenue Sub Inspector Raigi has been attached to the office of Tehsildar Chakrata. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
