The Enforcement Directorate has once again brought the many years old Sahaspur land purchase case of former cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat under the scope of investigation. ED has questioned Harak Singh on this matter. On the other hand, Harak Singh is calling this action taken with the intention of causing political damage.

Harak Singh Rawat is once again under investigation in the Sahaspur land purchase case. This time the Enforcement Directorate has questioned Harak Singh on the issue related to land purchase. Although Harak Singh had already presented some documents related to this in front of ED, but ED wanted to question Harak Singh on some points. For which Harak Singh was sent a summons.

Harak Singh Rawat was questioned continuously for about 4 hours. In which apart from the money raised for the purchase of land, he was also asked about its process. During this, documents were also sought from him regarding the statements given by Harak Singh Rawat earlier. After the interrogation, Harak Singh Rawat spoke to the media. He said that central agencies are being used to weaken him politically. Such tactics are being used for political rivalry and efforts are being made to harass him.

Harak Singh Rawat was summoned by ED long ago, but due to his political engagements, he was unable to appear before the officials of the central agency. However, he has already been questioned in the Corbett Tiger Reserve case. Many documents have also been taken from him in this regard.

Not only Harak Singh Rawat, but his daughter-in-law Anukriti Gusain Rawat, his wife and wife’s wife Deepti Rawat have also been called by ED for questioning in its office. Along with this, some of his close ones have also been questioned.

Actually this incident is of 3rd August. Where Herbertpur police got information about a fire in a house in Rambagh area. When the police reached the spot, they found the burnt body of an old woman inside. The owner of the house, Sanjay Singh Rana, identified the body as his wife Suresho Devi alias Vandana Rana. Earlier it seemed that the woman died due to burning in the fire but the investigation revealed the case of murder. In such a situation, today the police has arrested him. Murdered mother when he did not get money for drugs The next day of the incident, the husband of the deceased, Sanjay Singh, while giving a complaint to the police, told that his son Manmohan Singh used to live with his mother. He was addicted to drugs and often used to demand money from his mother. There used to be a lot of quarrel between the two when the mother refused. The father told that Manmohan was missing from home since the incident. After which, he expressed doubt that maybe his son had committed the murder and set the room on fire. The police already suspected the son The police immediately registered a case against the son and started investigation. After which, on the night of 14 August, the police arrested Manmohan Singh from Kulhal area. During interrogation, Manmohan Singh confessed his crime. He told that he has been addicted to drugs for a long time. He has already gone to jail in drug smuggling and Arms Act cases. On the day of the incident, he had asked his mother for money for drugs. But his mother refused to give him money and also did not let him go out of the house. He fled with the money after the murder After which, Manmohan Singh, in anger, attacked his mother’s neck with a wooden stick kept in the house. Due to which she died on the spot. After the murder, Manmohan Singh wrapped the body in a mattress and set it on fire so that it appeared that the woman died due to burning. Manmohan fled on a motorcycle with 30 thousand rupees kept in the cupboard of the house and his clothes.
