CM Dhami said in ONGC program, will make Uttarakhand a green energy hub

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the All India Oil Sector Meet program organized at ONGC Community Center Dehradun on Saturday. During this, the CM said that under the leadership of PM Modi, the state government is working to promote green energy with coordination in economy, ecology and technology.

CM Dhami counted the achievements

CM Dhami said that clean and green energy has been promoted in the state through the Chief Minister Solar Self-Employment Scheme. Along with this, hydropower projects like Tehri, Koteshwar, Pipalkoti, Lakhwar, Vishnugad in the state are playing an important role in establishing Uttarakhand as an energy hub. There are many possibilities in the field of geo-thermal in the state, on which the state government is continuously working.

Natural resources play an important role in taking the nation forward: CM

The Chief Minister said that natural resources play an important role in taking any nation forward. Fuel, along with the development of the nation, also fulfills our daily needs. ONGC is playing an important role in India’s energy security by contributing 70 percent of the total production of crude oil and 84 percent of natural gas production in the country.

PM kept the resolution of self-reliant and developed India: CM

Chief Minister Dhami said that PM Modi has kept the resolution of self-reliant and developed India in front of us. The country is moving forward with the resolve to become a developed India in 2047. CM Dhami further said that under the leadership of the PM, petroleum reserves have been established for the energy security of the country. Solar energy is also being promoted along with green hydrogen.
