On June 27, there was a puja at her house, so Shefali was on a fast. But on the same day she also took an anti-aging injection. The police suspect that taking such a medicine in a fasting state could be the reason for her cardiac arrest.
Let us tell you that on the night of the incident, between 10 and 11 pm, Shefali’s health suddenly deteriorated. She started shivering and fell unconscious. Husband Parag Tyagi and other family members present at home immediately took her to the hospital but by then it was too late.

At present, the police have not found any signs of any domestic dispute or quarrel. So far, statements of eight people including family members and hospital staff have been recorded. The postmortem report and medical examination report are awaited.
