Uttarakhand: CM Dhami reached the State Emergency Operations Center, gave instructions to expedite relief work in Uttarkashi

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached the State Emergency Operations Center on Sunday. During this, he took information about the situation of heavy rain in various districts of the state. Also, after reviewing the relief and rescue operations going on after the cloudburst incident in Uttarkashi, he gave instructions to expedite the relief work.

CM Dhami reached the Emergency Operations Center located in Dehradun and reviewed the relief and rescue operations going on after the cloudburst incident in Uttarkashi. Also gave instructions to expedite the rescue operation. Apart from this, instructions were given to open the closed roads soon.

9 workers missing

Let us tell you that a cloudburst incident came to light near Paligad-Silai Band in Badkot tehsil of Uttarkashi around 2 o’clock late night. In this disaster, 9 workers working at an under-construction hotel site went missing. Relief and rescue work is going on continuously in search of the workers, but bad weather is hampering the rescue operation.
