Voter List: The State Election Commission has released the voter list online for the first time. You can also see the voter list of your Gram Panchayat on the Commission’s website https://secresult.uk.gov.in/votersearch/searchvotermapping. Apart from searching by your name, you can also download your voter list. The purpose is that voters and leaders do not have trouble finding their names.

The State Election Commission has also increased the monitoring of expenditure this time. A separate officer is being deployed in every district to monitor this. That officer will be able to ask for the details of expenditure at any time.

Software will assign election duty

This time 95,909 officers and employees will be deployed in the Panchayat elections. These include 11,849 presiding officers at the polling station, 47,910 polling officers, 450 sector magistrates, zonal magistrates, nodal officers, in-charge officers and 35,700 security personnel. The Commission has decided for the first time that the deployment of polling and counting personnel will be done through randomization system through software. This will enable all officers and employees to be deployed in the elections in a transparent manner.

10 lakh on death of polling personnel

This time the State Election Commission has also focused on the security of polling personnel. Under this, if any polling personnel dies during election duty due to any reason, then his family will get a compensation of Rs 10 lakh. Commission Secretary Rahul Goyal said that this proposal has got the green signal from the government. A letter will be sent to all the District Magistrates in this regard on Monday.

Election results on website

The State Election Commission has decided to release the election results online for the first time. State Election Commissioner Sushil Kumar said that this time the results of every Gram Panchayat, Kshetra Panchayat or District Panchayat will be updated on the Commission’s website https://sec.uk.gov.in/. He said that after the civic elections, this facility will be provided in the Panchayats as well.
