There will be heavy rains in the next 7 days… Warning has been issued for these states including Bihar and Delhi

With the arrival of monsoon, heavy rains are occurring in many states and very heavy rains in some states.

Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a new warning. According to the IMD, very heavy rainfall is likely in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan in the next six to seven days.

Possibility of heavy rains in these states

According to the latest update of the Indian Meteorological Department, monsoon will remain active in many parts of northwest, central and eastern India during the next five to six days. The department said that heavy rains are also likely in Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, West Bengal, Sikkim and Jharkhand. According to the estimate, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Odisha may receive heavy rains in a few days.

Heavy rain warning for next seven days

The latest update of the Meteorological Department states that heavy to very heavy rains may occur at some places in Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Gujarat. Saurashtra and Kutch may also receive heavy rains in the next seven days.

Heavy to very heavy rains are also expected at different places in many states of the Northeast for the next seven days. According to the department, heavy rains may occur in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka on some days of the week.

More than normal rainfall expected in July

The Indian Meteorological Department said on Monday that the country is expected to receive more than normal rainfall in July. Floods are also likely in many parts due to continuous and heavy rains. Due to this, the department has asked the officials and people of Central India, Uttarakhand and Haryana to remain alert.
