Weather will remain bad in Uttarakhand, IMD has issued heavy rain and landslide alert for six districts

The mood of the weather in Uttarakhand has been spoiled for some days. Due to which life has been disrupted from the mountains to the plains. The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain alert for six districts of the state.

According to the forecast issued by the Director of the Meteorological Department, Vikram Singh, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain and heavy rain in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Tehri, Rudraprayag, Nainital and Bageshwar districts on July 1. In view of which an orange alert has been issued. While a yellow alert of rain has been issued for the remaining districts.
Possibility of rain in Uttarakhand till July 6
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in the state till July 6. In view of the possibility of waterlogging, landslides, road blockages and rapid increase in the water level of rivers and streams due to rain in the state, all the concerned departments have been instructed to remain alert, ensure advance preparation of disaster management and alert the general public.
