Uttar Pradesh: Poonam hugged her father soaked in blood, son-in-law killed his mother-in-law and father-in-law in Lucknow

Wednesday night in Lucknow was very difficult for Poonam (Lucknow Double Murder). Her husband killed her parents. On one side her mother was lying on the ground covered in blood and on the other side her father’s dead body, blood was scattered everywhere, Poonam was completely distraught. She just kept crying while hugging her father who was lying on the ground soaked in blood. She had lost the support of her father on whose trust she had come to her maternal home. Poonam was unable to understand what had happened. More than that, she was being troubled by the fact that the monster who had taken away her parents’ lives was none other than her own husband, the person in whose hands her father had handed over her hand 10 years ago.

How did her husband kill Poonam’s parents?

Poonam narrated that painful scene that what had happened on Wednesday night. Crying, Poonam said that it has been 10 years since she and Jagdeep got married but these 10 years were spent in great misery. She was troubled due to her husband’s wrong actions and debauchery. She was living in her parents’ house for some time. Husband Jagdeep came to her house on Wednesday night and started pressuring her to return to her in-laws’ house by saying that she has to work. Father Antaram said that Poonam has been seeing this for 10 years, she has been tolerating you for 10 years… On hearing this, he became furious and said what did I trouble you and took out the knife he had brought with him and slit his father’s throat, he could not even utter a word.

After father-in-law, mother-in-law was also killed by stabbing

When Poonam’s mother Asha Devi ran to save her husband Antaram, the son-in-law killed her too. Poonam told that she had complained about her husband to the Women’s Commission, due to which he was angry. This double murder incident in Lucknow has created a sensation in the area. An elderly couple living in Alambagh was brutally murdered by their son-in-law. The matter was of separation from his wife. Accused Jagdeep’s wife Poonam had started living at her maternal home, fed up with his wrongdoings and debauchery, which made him angry.

Many blows were made on mother-in-law’s stomach and neck

Angry with Poonam’s father’s words, husband Jagdeep killed father Anant Ram by slitting his throat. Before Poonam and her mother could understand anything, Anant Ram fell on the ground soaked in blood. Jagdeep did not stop here, he also killed his mother-in-law by stabbing her in the stomach and neck. Poonam struggled a lot to save her parents but she could not. Poonam’s health is continuously deteriorating since losing her parents.

Jagdeep had also rushed to kill the tenant

The tenant Dharmshila Devi living on the first floor of Poonam’s house came running down from upstairs as soon as she heard Poonam’s scream. She started shouting after seeing the accused Jagdeep running away. During this, the accused also pounced on Dharamshila with the intention of attacking her but she escaped. After this, hearing the noise, the people of the locality gathered and caught the accused and handed him over to the police. Dharamshila told that Jagdeep used to quarrel with Poonam every day. The family members were very upset with him.

Poonam’s father Anantram was retired from RPF

Poonam’s father Anantram was retired from RPF. He has two sons and daughters. Poonam is a teacher by profession and is very upset with her husband. At the time of the incident, Poonam’s parents, sister-in-law Monika and two children were present in the house. One of Poonam’s sons Rohan is undergoing treatment in Mirzapur while the other son Suraj is in Jammu.

Spent the business money on debauchery

Poonam’s sister-in-law Monika told that both of them got married in 2016. A few days after the marriage, Jagdeep started harassing Poonam with his antics. This continued for many years. He also threatened to kill her on phone many times. A few days ago, Jagdeep deceived Poonam by telling her that he wanted to start a business and took some money from her. He spent this money on debauchery. When Poonam came to know about this, she opposed it. Jagdeep started quarreling with him over this. In April, Poonam, fed up with the quarrel, came to her maternal home. Jagdeep came to take her back on Wednesday, but a quarrel broke out in the course of conversation and he killed Poonam’s parents.
