The objective of the meeting was to ensure that in the upcoming elections, all the disabled voters can be provided the minimum facilities set by the Commission. He directed the Social Welfare Department to ensure that the disabled pensioners registered in the department are registered 100 percent in the PWD category in the voter list. For this, an updated list should be submitted to the Election Department every three months on the basis of 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October.
