The water of the lake formed in Syan Chatti in Badkot of Uttarkashi is entering people’s homes. Due to heavy rains on June 28, the water level of the Yamuna river had increased considerably. Due to which a lake was formed in Syan Chatti. Now it is posing a danger to the people. The people of the area are also in panic.

Due to the rising water level of Yamuna, there can be a danger to hotels and residential buildings on the banks of the river. Local people have demanded from the district administration that the water of the lake formed in the river should be reduced. People are evacuating their hotels due to this fear.

Alert issued for three districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Dehradun, Tehri and Bageshwar. On the other hand, due to heavy rains in the capital Dehradun on Thursday, waterlogging situation arose in many areas. The movement of vehicles has been disrupted due to this.

Ban on Char Dham Yatra
On the other hand, due to the bad weather continuing in Uttarakhand, the government has taken a big decision. Due to heavy rains, CM Ghaemi has temporarily banned the Char Dham Yatra.
