Hamas ready for talks
Hamas has decided after talks with other Palestinian factions that it wants to negotiate on a ceasefire proposal. Hamas’s ally organization named Islamic Jihad has also supported the talks, but has put a condition that Israel should guarantee that the attacks will not resume after the release of the hostages.
The last two ceasefires were brokered by Qatar, Egypt and the US. In this, the fighting stopped temporarily and in return there was also an exchange of hostages and prisoners.
Israel attacked Gaza
Let us tell you, the Israeli army attacked many areas of Gaza. These include areas like Gaza City, Khan Younis and Rafah. Gaza Civil Defense Chief Mohammad al-Mughaiyyir said that at least 52 people were killed in these attacks on Friday.

60-day ceasefire proposal
The US-backed ceasefire proposal states that during the 60-day ceasefire, Hamas will release about half of the live Israeli hostages and in return Israel will release Palestinian prisoners. At present, 49 hostages are in Gaza, of which the Israeli army has confirmed the death of 27.
