There is good news for the candidates getting government jobs. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has taken out bumper recruitment for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) posts. 10th pass candidates can apply online till 20 July 2025.

For recruitment in Multi Tasking Staff (Muti Tasking Staff), candidates should have 10th pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board/institute. The minimum age limit for application should be 18 years and maximum should be less than 25 years. Please note that the candidate should not be born before 2 August 2000 and after 1 August 2007.

Can also apply for Havildar post

Apart from MTS post, candidates can also apply for Havildar post. At present, a total of 1075 posts have been declared for Havildar. Please note that it will be mandatory for the candidates to give physical test for the post of Havildar. For this, men will have to cover a distance of 1600 meters in 15 minutes and women will have to cover a distance of 1 km in 20 minutes.

The recruitment process of MTS in SSC will be completed in four phases. In which first of all the candidates will have to give CBA. At the same time, physical test will be taken for Havildar. After this there will be document verification and finally medical examination. After completion of this process, the candidates will be selected.

When will the exam be held

SSC MTS Exam 2025 will be conducted from 20 September to 24 October 2025. One time registration is mandatory before applying for recruitment. If you are already registered then you can fill the form directly. After applying, the candidates will get good time to prepare for the exam.

How to apply in SSC MTS

  • To apply, first go to the official website of Staff Selection Commission ssc.nic.in.
  • Now go to the apply link and click and log in.
  • You can register by going to New User/ Register Now.
  • Go back to the previous page and log in by entering the username and password.
  • Upload the documents by entering your information.
  • Pay the application fee and take a printout and keep it with you.

How much is the application fee

Interested candidates will have to deposit the prescribed fee along with the application in the recruitment, without which the form will not be accepted. For this, the application fee has been fixed at Rs 100 for General/OBC/EWS category candidates. Apart from this, if you are from SC/ST category then you can apply for free.
