An alleged case of rape of a woman has come to light in the Congress party office in Agra. The woman alleges that an advocate trapped her on the pretext of helping her and then raped her several times. Not only this, the woman alleges that the advocate used to beat her and also threaten her. The woman has also accused the advocate of forcing her to read namaz and keep fasts. The woman told that she had gone to the Civil Court of Agra due to a family dispute, where she met the advocate.
The woman, a resident of Shahganj police station area of Agra, was having a dispute with her brother. In the year 2019, the woman reached the Civil Court of Agra in the hope of justice, where she met Jalauddin. The woman alleges that Advocate Jalaluddin assured her of help and started trapping her in his net. In the hope of help, the woman told her whole story to the advocate, then the advocate started coming to the woman’s house.
Took her to Congress office on pretext of getting medicine
The woman has alleged that one day advocate Jalauddin came home when she was unwell, so on pretext of getting medicine, the advocate took her to Congress party office on MG Road and raped her there forcefully. The woman said that the advocate also threatened to defame her in the society if she told anyone about this incident.
The woman has alleged that the accused advocate raped her several times by blackmailing her. The victim said that after this Jalauddin started coming to the house forcefully and also used to beat her. To avoid him, we used to lock the house from outside, so that he would return after seeing the lock. However, his activities kept increasing. If the woman protested, she was even beaten up.
The accused also tried to attack with a knife
The victim said that advocate Jalauddin started offering Namaaz at her house and used to ask me also to offer Namaaz and keep Roza. The victim woman said that one day the advocate also tried to attack with a knife. When I used to protest against offering Namaaz in the house, he used to beat me up. She told that he started entering the house forcefully, of which there are CCTV videos.
Now the victim has lodged a complaint with the police. The woman has made serious allegations including rape against the advocate. A case has been registered in Shahganj police station on the complaint of the woman.
