Uttarakhand: Dhami flagged off the Kalash Yatra which carried Ganga water for the Jalabhishek of the idol of Lord Surya in Kushinagar

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday flagged off the Kalash Yatra for the Jalabhishek of the idol of Lord Surya in Kushinagar district from the Chief Minister’s residence Dehradun.
Water from about 151 holy rivers is being collected from the country for the Jalabhishek of the idol of Surya in Kushinagar. In this sequence, the Chief Minister flagged off the Kalash Yatra of water collected from the holy rivers of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand.
During this, Mahamandaleshwar Shri 1008 Doctor Swami Shri Santoshanand Dev Ji Maharaj, President of Purvanchal Mahotsav Samiti Vinay Rai and members of the committee were present.
