Criminals entered Paras Hospital in Rajabazar of Shastri Nagar police station area and shot a patient. The patient was shot three to four times. Prisoner Chandan Mishra died due to the bullet injury.
There is an atmosphere of chaos in the hospital after the incident. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police of Shastri Nagar, Rajiv Nagar police station reached the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Chandan Kumar alias Chandan Mishra, a resident of Buxar. Who was earlier serving life imprisonment in Beur Jail on the charge of murder.
He was taken out on parole after his health deteriorated. Earlier also, a hospital operator was shot dead by entering a private hospital in Patna.
SIT has been formed to solve the mystery of the murder and arrest the shooters. The technical team of the police is watching the CCTV footage installed in the control room of Paras Hospital.
The number of criminals who carried out the incident is said to be 4 to 5. It was told that two criminals entered from the emergency gate and two from the OPD gate. The body will be sent for postmortem after some time.
