Uttarakhand will host another national level game, got approval from the center, department started preparations

Another national level sports event is going to be held in Uttarakhand this year. The Union Ministry of Forest and Environment has given approval to the state for this and now the forest department has also started preparing for these national level games. At present, preliminary preparations are being made for this, under which various committees are being formed. National Forest Sports Competition will be organized in the state during the first week of November.

This time Uttarakhand has been given the opportunity to host these games, in which the forest department teams of various states and union territories across the country will participate. Not only this, various national level institutions related to the forest department will also be able to participate in it. Earlier this event was organized in Chhattisgarh, in which the team of Uttarakhand also reached to participate. In this event, Uttarakhand was at the sixth position at the national level, whereas now these games are being hosted in Uttarakhand, so this time Uttarakhand is expected to have a better position in the competition.

Organizing this event is no less than a big challenge for the Uttarakhand Forest Department. This is because the forest department will have to make arrangements and construct various infrastructure for these national level games. However, the good thing for the forest department is that recently national games have been organized in the state, which will make it easier for the forest department to organize sports programs in the state. Uttarakhand forest department is also coordinating with the sports department for this. Also, the forest department will be able to use the infrastructure of the recently held national games, due to which the forest department will not have to make much effort.

CCF Eco Tourism PK Patro says that its approval has been received from the Union Ministry of Forest and Environment and after getting the approval, the department has also started the initial preparations for organizing the games. Various committees are being formed at the departmental level by the forest department. Under this, about 10 committees will be formed in the department, in which different responsibilities of different committees will be decided. PCCF level officers will be included in this.

On the other hand, a committee will also be formed for this at the government level so that the games can be organized with better coordination. The Forest Department will organize these games with a budget of about 20 crores. Teams from various states and central institutions will participate in it. Therefore, efforts will be made to organize the games in a better way in Uttarakhand and to improve the image of the state regarding sports.
