Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a review meeting of the Rural Development Department in the Secretariat on Monday. During the meeting, the CM directed the officials to set up a solid waste management unit in every village.

Chief Minister Dhami instructed the officials to set up a solid waste management unit in every village in the meeting. Also directed to promote the Chief Minister Udyamshala Yojana.
At least one smart village should be developed in each development block: CM
CM Dhami instructed the officials to develop at least one smart village in each development block where all the families are engaged in employment as well as they have access to drinking water and electricity.
Innovation should be promoted under Vibrant Village: CM
CM Dhami instructed the officials to promote innovation under Vibrant Village as well as connect the products of more and more women self-help groups with the umbrella brand ‘House of Himalayas’.
