A young man going to Neelkanth temple from Punjab with his friends got washed away in Goa beach of Rishikesh while bathing. Rescue operation is being conducted to search for the young man.
Youth got washed away while bathing in Goa beach
The incident happened on Wednesday. According to the information received, Ranveer (19) son of Rajveer, resident of Punjab was going to Neelkanth temple with his four friends. While bathing in Goa beach, Ranveer got washed away in the strong current of water. The young man disappeared from sight in no time.
Search for missing youth continues
The friends of the youth informed the police about the incident. As soon as the information was received, the rescue team reached the spot and started searching for the youth. Till the time of writing the news, no trace of the youth has been found. At present, rescue operation is going on in search of the youth.
