Tensions have once again escalated in the Middle East. Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz on Sunday issued a stern warning to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
He clearly stated that if Iran continues to threaten Israel, it will have serious consequences. This statement has come at a time when recently there was a war between the two countries for 12 days.
Israel’s threat to Iran
Speaking from Ramon Airbase, Defense Minister Katz gave a direct threat to Khamenei. He said, “If you do not stop threatening Israel, our long arms will not reach Tehran this time, but will reach you directly.”
Along with this, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Katz have also praised the Israeli Air Force. Let us tell you, Operation Rising Lion started on June 13, in which Iran’s nuclear and military bases were targeted.
How the war ended
Iran launched Operation True Promise 3 in response to Israel’s attack. The war between the two countries began on June 12 and ended on June 25, when US President Donald Trump intervened and called for a ceasefire.
