The disagreement between America and Israel is increasing regarding Gaza. US President Donald Trump has expressed disagreement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s statement that there is no problem of starvation in Gaza.

Trump expressed this disagreement during talks with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. During this, Starmer described the situation in Gaza as horrific.

Israel attacks Gaza again

Trump said that he wants adequate food arrangements in Gaza and it is the responsibility of the Israeli Prime Minister to do this. On Monday, Israel again attacked Gaza. 36 people were killed in these attacks.

Israel had announced on Sunday that military action would be suspended for 10 hours a day in three areas of Gaza. During this time, planes of UAE and Jordan will drop relief material in these three areas.

Gaza is facing a severe shortage of essential commodities

17 tonnes of relief material was dropped from two planes on Monday. Israel has not said how many days this arrangement will last. The distribution of food items on the ground by the American organization GHF and the dropping of relief material from planes has brought some relief to the residents of Gaza who are facing acute shortage of essential commodities.

The United Nations has raised questions on the dropping of relief material from planes and has said that this system is not very beneficial. Meanwhile, 180 trucks carrying relief material entered Gaza on Sunday. These trucks reached Gaza via Egypt.
