Hundreds of people have been affected in the disaster that occurred in Uttarkashi on August 5. CM Dhami was continuously monitoring the rescue of the stranded people in Uttarkashi. Now the rescue operation to safely evacuate the stranded people is almost complete but the search for casualties in the debris is still on. CM Dhami has currently returned to Dehradun. After returning from Uttarkashi, CM Dhami met Governor Lieutenant General Gurmeet Singh at the Raj Bhavan. During this, the Chief Minister informed the Governor about the situation of the recent natural disaster in the state, the progress of relief and rescue operations and discussed other contemporary topics.
