Uttar Pradesh: DM sahab was doing video conferencing with teachers, when a porn video started playing

There was a meeting of DM sahab in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. The agenda was- how to take the level of education to the next level. Officers, teachers, female BSA… all were connected online. But in the middle of the meeting, a porn video started playing on the screen. Then what happened- the atmosphere of the meeting changed. The color of everyone’s face changed. The matter reached the police station directly. On the orders of the female BSA officer, the BEO has lodged an FIR in the police station.

The incident is of 7 August. Maharajganj District Magistrate was taking a meeting of teachers from all over the district through the Zoom app. Apart from DM Santosh Kumar Sharma, Basic Education Officer, BEO and common people were also connected in this e-meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to know the problems of government schools and to improve the level of education. The purpose of the DM was to communicate directly with the public apart from teachers. For this, the District Information Officer had shared the link of the Zoom meeting in the groups.

But the agenda of the meeting was destroyed when suddenly a porn video started playing on the screen. According to the report, during this time people also started saying insulting things to each other. During this incident, the officer immediately left the e-meeting and ordered an immediate investigation into the matter.

An FIR has been registered against 2 people on Saturday, August 9. This complaint was registered on the orders of Basic Education Officer Riddhi Pandey. The police is investigating against both the unknown persons. Apart from this, the police is also taking the help of experts in the case.

According to the report, Sadar Kotwal Satyendra Rai said that the matter is being investigated with the help of cyber police station. The accused are being identified through technical means. He has assured that both will be identified soon and action will be taken. This incident is not only a breach of decorum in the administrative meeting, but also comes under the category of cyber crime. The district administration has considered it serious and ordered immediate action.
