Mahendra Prasad, the guest house manager of DRDO, one of the important defense institutions of the country, turned out to be a Pakistani spy. He has been arrested on charges of spying for the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. Mahendra was a guest house manager in DRDO near Chandan Field Firing Range on contract.
Who is a resident of Almora in Uttarakhand. Mahendra is accused of sending confidential information of the country to Pakistan. After the incident, the entire village is shocked. The people of the village are not telling any kind of relation with him. Rajasthan’s CID Intelligence has arrested him.
Uttarakhand Almora ISI Spy Arrested
According to Jaipur’s Inspector General of Police (CID Security) Dr. Vishnukant, security agencies are keeping a special eye on the activities of any foreign agent in the state before the Independence Day celebrations. During this vigilance, Mahendra’s suspicious activities came to light.
Information revealed that Mahendra Prasad is a resident of Palyun village in Almora district of Uttarakhand. He is posted in DRDO guest house near Chandan Field Firing Range (Jaisalmer). He is in touch with Pakistani intelligence agency through social media.

He was also sending confidential information related to the movement of DRDO scientists and Indian Army officers coming for testing missiles and other weapons. He was sending this information to Pakistani handlers.
CID Rajasthan arrested him
After which Mahendra Prasad was jointly interrogated by different intelligence agencies in Jaipur. Also, technical investigation of his mobile phone was done. In which it was found that he was sending sensitive information related to Indian Army and DRDO to Pakistan. In such a situation, a case was registered against 32-year-old Mahendra Prasad on August 12. He was also arrested on charges of espionage.
