Uttarakhand: Youth will get a chance to get recruited in the statistics cadre, service rules made for the first time, know what is special
For the first time after the formation of Uttarakhand, the Animal Husbandry Department Statistical Cadre Service Manual has been made in the state. After the formation of the service manual, the youth associated with the statistical field in the state will get a chance to get a government job. The special thing is that due to this, those people will also get benefits who were deprived of promotion due to lack of rules.
The service manual of the Statistical Cadre in Uttarakhand Animal Husbandry Department will soon be implemented. For this, a government order is going to be issued at the government level. Actually, due to the absence of rules regarding this cadre, many types of problems were coming up. Which can now be overcome. Under this, not only the youth will get employment opportunities, but the employees working in the department will also get the benefit of promotion.
As soon as the Animal Husbandry Department Statistical Service Manual comes into effect, new recruitment will be done in the department, which was not being done till now due to lack of rules. Requisitions for statistical posts were not being sent at the department level, while there are a total of 56 posts in the department, although some posts have been filled, but many posts which are vacant. Decisions could not be taken on them. Not only this, the employees and officers present in the department were also not able to get the benefit of promotion on time due to the absence of rules.
The special thing is that earlier the cabinet has also approved this rule, while now the government order is awaited from the government level to implement the rules on the ground. Even in the 25 years of the establishment of the state, this rule could not be made at the department level. Due to which the appointment, promotion and other service related work of the employees were getting affected.
Animal Husbandry Secretary Dr. BVRCC Purushottam has described this service rule as important. Till now, the old Statistical Service Rules of Uttar Pradesh 1981 were applicable for the department in the state. On the basis of which all the employee related provisions were being made. However, despite this, the government had made amendments in various posts of the statistical cadre in 2009 and 2012. Under which, its structure was reorganized.
Decisions were also taken on the posts of Statistics Officer, Assistant Statistics Officer, Senior Statistics Assistant, Statistics Assistant and Junior Statistics Assistant in the department. Despite these various amendments, working in the department was becoming difficult due to old rules. Finally, an attempt has been made to abolish them by making new service and rules. However, the government order is still awaited regarding the approved service rules.
