State Media Incharge Manveer Chauhan said that after the consent of State President Mahendra Bhatt, the district executive committee of Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Rishikesh, Roorkee, Champawat, Almora, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Dehradun Rural, Pauri, Haridwar, Dehradun Metropolitan, Ranikhet, Nainital and Kotdwar has been declared.
