Yamunotri Dham Yatra is being started from September 13. Uttarkashi District Magistrate Prashant Arya said that the journey to Gangotri Dham has been started once again from the previous day. But the Yamunotri National Highway is closed at many places. In such a situation, with the highway becoming smooth, the Yamunotri Yatra is being started from September 13.

Limited passengers are being sent to Gangotri Dham in view of the weather and road route. Talking about the present, Gangotri National Highway Dharasu, Nalupani, Helgugad, Dabrani sensitive etc. are all very sensitive areas. Where landslides are happening intermittently.
