On the occasion of his 50th birthday on September 16th, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was engaged in disaster management in the state from the morning itself. On Tuesday, the Chief Minister inspected the disaster-affected areas early in the morning and issued necessary instructions to officials for relief and rescue operations.

Forgetting Celebrations on 50th Birthday, CM Dhami Engages in Disaster Management
A day before his birthday, CM Dhami had already decided to forgo any celebrations or formal events. Announcing a celebration of his birthday with simplicity and service, he appealed to his supporters to also observe this simplicity. Meanwhile, as reports of disasters began to arrive in several parts of the state early Tuesday morning, CM Dhami, too, abandoned his birthday celebrations and became preoccupied with disaster management.

Assured All Possible Help to the Affected
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, early Tuesday morning, asked district magistrates for details of the damage caused by the disaster. He also left for the Maldevta area of ​​Dehradun before 9 a.m. to assess the damage caused by the disaster. He rode a tractor to survey the damage and directed all possible assistance to the affected people.

CM Dhami Virtually Joins Tehsil Day Programs
The Chief Minister virtually participated in Tehsil Day programs held in all tehsils across the state from the Chief Minister’s residence and interacted with the public. He listened to people’s problems and directed the concerned officials to resolve them promptly.

The Prime Minister, the Home Minister, and Chief Ministers of several states extended their best wishes to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on his birthday. In his congratulatory message, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that Chief Minister Dhami is playing a key role in the all-round development of Uttarakhand. Home Minister Amit Shah, in his message, said that Chief Minister Dhami, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, is continuously working for the welfare of the poor and the progress of Devbhoomi.
