Uttarakhand / Pithoragarh: Harish Dhami also fell victim! Officers did not answer the MLA’s phone, demanding action.

Due to the disaster in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, roads to many villages are blocked. It has become extremely important to transport seriously ill people to hospitals by helicopter. However, the situation is such that officials are refusing to answer their calls.

Congress MLA Harish Dhami alleges that he called officials several times to arrange for the transportation of sick people to the hospital. However, District Magistrate Vinod Giri Goswami, ADM, and SDM did not even answer his calls. Dharchula MLA Dhami has written a letter to the Assembly Speaker regarding this.

MLA Harish Dhami alleges that he called the administration several times to immediately transport sick people from villages like Namik, Dhamigaon, and Sobla to the hospital by helicopter. He even sent letters and WhatsApp messages to the officials, but no action was taken. Despite Harish Dhami’s repeated calls, no official answered his phone.

A letter demanding action was written

The MLA wrote a letter to the Assembly Speaker regarding this matter. He stated that this behavior by the officials constituted administrative negligence. He demanded that strict action be taken against the Pithoragarh District Magistrate, ADM, and both SDMs so that no public representative would have to endure indifference from administrative officials in the future.
