Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami arrived in Chamoli on Saturday. During his visit, CM Dhami conducted a field inspection of the affected areas in Nandanagar to assess the damage caused by the disaster.

Chief Minister Dhami also met with the affected people. The village elders became emotional upon seeing the CM. CM Dhami assured the affected people of all possible help.
The CM said the state government stands with the affected people in this difficult time of disaster. The CM has directed the administration to provide immediate relief materials to the victims.
The Chief Minister directed officials to restore electricity and drinking water supply as soon as possible. He also directed officials to expedite relief and rehabilitation work.
