The Jaunsar Bawar region has once again been honored. Nardev Verma of Kanbua village has made history by assuming the position of Director (UPSC Director) at the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). He becomes the first Jaunsari person to hold this prestigious position.

For information, Nardev Verma previously held the position of Joint Director at the UPSC. Recognizing his honesty, hard work, and efficiency, he was promoted and has now assumed the position of Director.
Wave of Joy in Jaunsar Bawar
Nardev Verma received his primary education from the primary school in his native village, Kanbua. He completed his intermediate education at Jaunsar Bawar Inter College, Sahiya, and higher education at DAV PG College, Dehradun. Nardev’s success has brought pride to the entire Jaunsar Bawar community. As news of his appointment spread, a wave of joy swept across Jaunsar Bawar.
