Uttarakhand: The Chief Minister handed over appointment letters to 1,456 candidates and urged them to contribute to the development of the state with dedication and commitment.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami handed over appointment letters to 1,456 candidates at Doon Medical College, Patel Nagar, on Tuesday. This included 109 Review Officers and Assistant Review Officers selected through the Public Service Commission and 1,347 Assistant Teachers (LT) selected through the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission.

The Chief Minister congratulated all the candidates who received their appointment letters. He stated that this appointment represents a significant milestone in the candidates’ lives and a crucial step in laying the foundation for a bright future for the state. He expected the newly appointed young people to discharge their duties with utmost devotion and dedication.

The Chief Minister said that the most important foundation of any state’s governance is its administrative system. The Secretariat can be called the brain of the state’s governance system, as it is here that policies are formulated, decisions are made, and blueprints for implementing development projects are prepared.

The Chief Minister said that when a child receives a good education, they not only improve their lives but also make invaluable contributions to society and the country. It is the duty of the teacher to not only provide good education to the children but also inculcate in them a sense of responsibility towards the society and the country, so that they can become good citizens.
