A truck overturned on the Dehradun-Delhi National Highway in Mohand on Thursday, causing a traffic jam. A 10-kilometer long traffic jam remained in Mohand till noon. Passengers were extremely troubled by the traffic jam on the border of Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh. Passengers were stuck in the traffic jam for about five hours.
