Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated the 215-foot-high national flag, installed at Kanjabag Tiraha, Khatima, at a cost of ₹47.42 lakh by the Minor Irrigation Department, the implementing agency, under the Chief Minister’s announcement, by performing a formal puja, cutting the ribbon, and hoisting the flag.

The Chief Minister said that this national flag is not just a symbol, but a symbol of our country’s unity, integrity, and valor. He said that this flag will stand here and inspire every citizen with the spirit of patriotism.

On this occasion, the Minor Irrigation Department organized a solar exhibition to widely publicize the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM KUSUM) scheme, and provided detailed information about the scheme to farmers and the public.

On this occasion, District Panchayat President Ajay Maurya, Mayor Vikas Sharma, Municipal Council President Ramesh Chandra Joshi, Minister of State Farzana Begum, Anil Kapoor Dabbu, Shankar Koranga, District President Kamal Jindal, former MLA Dr. Prem Singh Rana, Mohini Pokhariya, Kishan Singh (Kinna), District Magistrate Nitin Singh Bhadoria, Senior Superintendent of Police Manikant Mishra, Vice President District Development Authority Jai Kishan, Additional District Magistrate Pankaj Upadhyay, Chief Medical Officer KK Agarwal, Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation Department Sushil Kumar and public representatives and public were present.
