RCB For Sale! RCB to be sold before IPL 2026!
Right now, Royal Challengers Bangalore is owned by British company Diageo PLC. However, they are parting ways with the franchise. Meanwhile, the JSW Group and Delhi Capitals co-owner Parth Jindal have expressed interest in purchasing RCB. Currently, the Jindal Group, along with the Grandhi Mallikarjuna Rao (GMR) Group, owns the Delhi Capitals franchise. If the Jindal Group secures the RCB deal, DC will be owned solely by the GMR Group.

Adani Group also seeks entry into RCB
Along with the Jindal Group, the Adani Group has also expressed interest in acquiring Royal Challengers Bangalore. The Adani Group also owns the Gujarat Titans in the WPL. By acquiring RCB, the Adani Group also hopes to enter the IPL.

How much could RCB be sold for?
According to a British company, Royal Challengers Bangalore, one of the most popular teams in the IPL, is valued at ₹17,859 crore. However, Poonawala disagrees with these figures.
