Senior BJP leader Satish Upadhyay launched a scathing attack on Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal. He said that Kejriwal has nothing left to do, and that’s why he looks for opportunities to politicize even events. Referring to an incident in Delhi, Kejriwal had posted on social media that the BJP had ruined Delhi in six months. Countering this, Upadhyay said that Kejriwal had ruined Delhi during his rule. Now the BJP government is rebuilding Delhi.

Speaking to IANS, Upadhyay said that Kejriwal’s statements need not be taken seriously. Even the people of Delhi do not take him seriously. Unforeseen events often occur beyond anyone’s control. Politicizing them shows that he has nothing left to do. Development is taking place in Delhi, and public opinion is most important.

He said that the people of Delhi are satisfied with the BJP government in Delhi. This Diwali, people are celebrating by feeding each other sweets and lighting green crackers. Regarding Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav’s statement on Diwali, Satish Upadhyay sarcastically said that some people enjoy sharing knowledge. People celebrate festivals in their own way. We celebrate festivals from Dussehra to Chhath Puja. It is not right to make such statements for profit. Such rhetoric should be avoided.

In a social media post, he wrote that he performed Diwali puja at the SDA office located at his residence. Celebrating Diwali with our entire staff is always a special and heartwarming moment, many of whom have been with us for decades. Their dedication and cooperation are truly our greatest strength. May this festival of lights bring happiness, positivity, and prosperity to everyone. Happy Diwali to everyone.
