It has been reported that Asrani had been ill for quite some time. He was undergoing treatment in the hospital. He had been in the hospital for the past five days. It has been reported that he was in the hospital due to lung problems. After which he passed away. It has been reported that he passed away around 4 pm.
Asrani was born on January 1, 1941, in Jaipur. He attended St. Xavier’s School in Jaipur and then graduated from Rajasthan College. Asrani made his Bollywood debut in 1967 with the film Hare Kaanch Ki Chudiyan. He subsequently appeared in numerous Bollywood films and became renowned for his comic timing. However, today he is no longer with us, and everyone is paying tribute to him.
