Weather changes in Uttarakhand: Rain will occur in six districts including Dehradun, possibility of snowfall in the mountains

The weather in Uttarakhand has changed once again. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for six districts, including Dehradun, while snowfall is expected in higher altitudes.

According to the forecast issued by Meteorological Department Director Dr. C.S. Tomar, rain is expected in Dehradun, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Pithoragarh, and Bageshwar districts on October 22nd. Light snowfall is expected in areas above 3,500 meters.

Clear weather to remain until October 27th
According to meteorologists, snowfall in higher altitudes will cause temperatures to drop in the plains. The Meteorological Department also predicts clear weather across the state from October 23rd to 27th.
