Uttarakhand: The five-headed idol of Baba Kedarnath reached Omkareshwar temple, devotees will be able to have darshan here for six months

The Panchmukhi Chal Vigraha Utsav Doli of Baba Kedarnath has reached its winter seat, Omkareshwar Temple, today. After reaching Omkareshwar Temple, the Bhoga idol of Baba Kedarnath will be installed there.

For the next six months, Baba Kedarnath will be worshipped at Omkareshwar Temple. The Panchmukhi Doli of Baba Kedarnath was welcomed with the melodious tunes of the Army Band. Earlier, the Doli blessed devotees at Phata, Byung, Narayankoti, and other pilgrimage stops. Devotees also gave the Doli a grand welcome at various places.

Kedarnath MLA Asha Nautiyal was also present upon the arrival of the Doli. The MLA stated that all preparations have been made for the winter pilgrimage. She assured that the pilgrimage will be conducted successfully this year, as in previous years. Last year, a record number of devotees participated in the winter pilgrimage.
